Today, I will be reviewing Honestskin, a website that sells korean cosmetics. Being a k-beauty fanatic, I am frequently having to search for reliable sellers online. I came upon Honestskin when I was just browsing through a list of korean cosmetics websites.
They will give you $3 reward points when you first sign up. Furthermore, they give a generous amount of reward points if you post a review on one of their products, which can be used to balance out the shipping cost.
My 1st order includes
- THE FACE SHOP Pure Water Facial Mist 80 ml ($3.30 SALE)
- NATURE REPUBLIC Aloe Vera Soothing Gel 300 ml 1+1 ($6.58 SALE, currently the price has changed to $15.29)
- ETUDE HOUSE Wonder Pore Freshener 500 ml ($11.09 SALE)
Two days after I purchased my 1st order, Honestskin informed me that the mist is out of stock; therefore, I got a refund in reward points. It was kind of disappointing because I bought the mist right after I saw that it was back in stock, so how could have it SOLD OUT again so fast?
The total I pay: ($11.09 + $6.58 + $5 shipping) - $5 reward points = $17.67
For the Etude House Wonder Pore Freshener, I would have to pay at least $20 and $9 each for each tub of Nature Republic Aloe Vera Soothing Gel at other websites. Using Honestskin, I pay $17.67 for something that is worth ~$38. A great deal!
